Stephen was not a wise person. He was a risk-taker and a person who seemed mentally lacking. However, he had a trait of deciding splendidly when betting his life. Such traits became the elements for him to be a martyr. With it he became the first-generation martyr in Christianity. From this perspective, it is true that Stephen was well above many other people.
